THOMAS J. TAYLOR

 

Tom is an Executive Vice President and the Managing Director of the Orange County office of DTZ, a global leader in real estate services. He specifically manages and negotiates office leases, building sales, and build-to-suit projects for institutional clients throughout the west. Prior to DTZ, Tom spent 26 years at the commercial real estate firm of Grubb & Ellis, where he headed up multi-market tenant advisory services in all 50 states.

Tom received a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Westmont College and completed graduate work in political philosophy at Claremont Graduate School.

Mr. Taylor is a member of the Loan, ALCO, Audit and Compliance Committees, and is Chair of the Compensation Committee.
